| This elastomeric sealant is of a
thixotropic consistency and can be brush or gun applied over the seams and fasteners from
permanent sealing. This material must be applied 3/16" thick over the seam
extending 3/8" on either side to feather edge from the meeting point of the seam. It
is unique in its’ ability to develop strong tensile strength quickly while
maintaining the elasticity needed to withstand flexing over long periods of time |

| Rubber base coating expands and contracts
with fluctuating roof temperatures. Rubber base coating is formulated in a mild solvent
system to resist the damaging effects of rain, dew, or high humidity during the cure
process. Solvent systems will not freeze in colder temperature, also provides excellent
chemical and UV resistance. |
